Please be aware that whenever you voluntarily post public information on our Website or Platform that information may be accessed by the public.

We collect personal data during your use of our Service, for example during your (profile)registration on InvoiceFinance.This information may include your name, email address, phone number, mobile number, home address, gender, birth date and credit card or bank account information. Some of the requested information during your Profile registration is optional. You can always amend the information you have submitted in your Profile.We will only collect and transfer personal information to the extent reasonable necessary to fulfil your requests.

InvoiceFinance is also able to collect non –personal identifiable information including IP Address, profile information, aggregate user data and browser type, from their Users. 

InvoiceFinance also collects Automatically Generated Information from all users.This information consists of your surfing behavior on the Platform, such as the web pages you visit, how long you stay on certain web pages, what you download and/or upload and the use you make of your Profile. 

We also use cookies to passively collect demographic information, personalize your experience on our Website and monitor advertisements and other activities. Use by InvoiceFinance

InvoiceFinance B.V. is an online marketplace where companies can get their outstanding invoices funded by professional and institutional investors. In order to ensure your invoices can be funded, InvoiceFinance must use your personal data. 

InvoiceFinance also wishes to keep you informed on the development of its Platform. In case of an upgrade, update or any other change to the Platform, InvoiceFinance will let you know. This also applies to information regarding payments. It is not possible to opt out of these messages, as they are crucial for the performance of the service. 

Furthermore, by sending you the InvoiceFinance newsletter, InvoiceFinance will keep you informed of promotions it organizes. You will receive the InvoiceFinance newsletter on a regular basis. If you no longer wish to receive the InvoiceFinance newsletter, you may unsubscribe by editing your personal settings within your profile. The possibility to unsubscribe is also included by a direct link in every individual InvoiceFinance newsletter. If you unsubscribe, InvoiceFinance advises you to regularly check the Platform or social media for new promotions. 


Use by Third Parties

Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy , InvoiceFinance will not disclose personal information to any third party unless we believe that disclosure is necessary:

  2. To enforce the InvoiceFinance agreements with you, to manage the website or to protect your rights;

Contact

You can always inspect and, if necessary, amend the personal data in your Profile. If you wish to receive an overview of all the personal data about you stored by InvoiceFinance, you can send InvoiceFinance a request for inspection. InvoiceFinance shall send you an overview of stored personal data within four (4) weeks. Subsequently you can ask InvoiceFinance to correct, supplement, delete or protect the collected personal data. InvoiceFinance will inform you within four (4) weeks whether it will honor your request to correct supplement, delete or protect your personal data.
